Delivery
 

In the UK you have the following delivery options for your new Donici items :

- NEXT DAY DELIVERY £7.50 (ORDER BEFORE 12 NOON MONDAY-THURSDAY)

Please note if ordered after 12 o'clock your order will arrive the following working day.

We would love to offer Next Day Delivery to all areas, however we cannot guarantee certain UK postcodes such as : Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles and Isles of Man.

- STANDARD FREE UK DELIVERY with all orders over £99 or £2.85 for orders under £99. Delivery can take up to 7 working days and we will kindly ask that you would allow for this time frame prior to you contacting a member of our Client Care Team to follow up on your delivery.

Please note that 'working day' does not include weekends or bank holidays.

- USA STANDARD DELIVERY £24.95 

Items are dispatched within 48 hours and will arrive 2-5 working days. Your order will be delivered via DHL tracked service. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

- EUROPEAN OR WORLDWIDE DELIVERY is currently unavailable via our ordering platform. Please contact a member of our team for bespoke delivery arrangements and delivery prices.

You as the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are unable to offer you an estimate of the cost, or collect this beforehand. Please make yourself familiar with the customs fees and charges by speaking to your local or customs office. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and we will be unable to process a refund for shipment costs.
