  • HOW DO I TAKE MEASUREMENTS?
    In order to measure your waist, find the bottom of your ribs at the top of your ribs, place a tape measure around your middle at a point half way between them( just above the belly button) – make sure it's pulled tight, but isn't digging into your skin. Breathe out naturally and take your measurement. In order to measure your inside leg, place one end of the measuring tape on the inside leg as near to the crotch area as you can and measure to the ankle. * We recommend asking someone to help you with the measurement, as you are likely to bend your leg which will result in inaccurate measurements.

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
    To help you choose the best size for you, please access the 'Size Guide' available on each product page. We have also created a dedicated Size Guide page with details of measurements and guidance of how to measure.   • WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK?
    Our collections run from 6-14, except Amelia which runs from 6-20. We are in the process of designing plus sizes which will be coming in stock soon!
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?
    You'd be pleased to know that Donici accepts most major debit and credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX. You can also pay for your order using Apple Pay and Pay Pal. Happy Shopping!
  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
    Please contact a member of our Client Care team at clientcare@donici.co.uk as soon as possible, if you would like to change or cancel your order, be sure to include your order number in the email. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to your order, but please do not worry, you can still exchange or return your order once you have received it!
  • CAN I SEND A PRODUCT AS A GIFT?
    Yes of course! Please ensure you state the name and address of your preferred recipient and we will arrange this for you. Please note all of our orders are packed in a luxury Donici box, branded tissue paper and Donici inserts. We can also provide a gift receipt with your order.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD ONCE I HAVE ORDERED?
    Once you have placed your order and paid for your product, it's regrettably too late to change your payment method.

    Please do not worry, simply contact our Client Care team: clientcare@donici.co.uk as soon as possible and if your order has not left the warehouse we should still be able to amend this for you.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
    It's super easy! Once your order has left our warehouse we will email you the good news together with your tracking code. You can thereafter visit your courier's website and click on 'Track a parcel'.
