OUR RETURNS POLICY

When you place an order with Donici, we want to ensure that you select the right garment for you. We appreciate that sometimes due to fit or preference reasons you may wish to return it if something is not quite right for you.
At Donici, we have a transparent returns policy, this way you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way, we will process a refund or exchange. In line with the Consumer Contract Regulations, we have a 14 days returns and exchanges policy, unless otherwise stated*. In the UK we are able to offer free returns, whereas any international returns are at the expense of the client.
All we ask for is that the product is new, unworn, unwashed, in a resellable condition with the original tags attached. Please package your return in the original box where possible to avoid damage during transport.​

If the items are not as described above we have the right to refuse to refund/ exchange and the items will be posted back to you at your own expense via a tracked method.

To send something back simply fill in the return form and a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours with a return label. Please note, your label will be sent in PDF format and a printer will be required. In line with our dedication to a fantastic customer service, for all international returns we will process the label for you and pay for the return, and the full cost will be deducted from the total amount due to be refunded once we have received and inspected the order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please note, in order to be eligible for a refund your product(s) must be in the new original condition, with all the original protective packaging. This includes original tags, labels, swing tickets, boxes and bags which must remain attached to the product.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Please rest assured we will drop you an email as soon as we have completed your return. All refunds to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Some things come back to us without any information attached. If you don't hear from us within 10 working days from sending your items back, please contact a dedicated member of our team with your order number, tracking number and details about the product you have sent back and they will be more than happy to assist clientcare@donici.co.uk.

Don't forget to keep hold of your tracking receipt so that you can follow its way back to us. Without it, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to locate or process your return if it goes missing!
